Please Note:
This property is a self-service hotel, there is no front desk or on site staff. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival, but daily house keeping is not provided. There is a complementary self-serve Nespresso bar in the lobby, but no breakfast is served on site. For guests staying 4 or more nights we do provide additional house keeping and linen change upon request.
Cancelation Policy:
Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 4:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee and will be refunded to the credit card of which the booking was made within 5 business days. Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus and applicable cleaning fees. Please note this cancelation policy applies to reservations made through our website only. To cancel a reservation made through Airbnb, Expedia, or another third party booking website the cancelation must be made directly with them and is subject to their cancelation policy.
